Impact also speaks to your EXPRESSION or your communication superpower and how you are designed to powerfully express yourself. This is key to putting your essence into your marketing and your messaging.
Impact also gives you insight into your IMPRESSION or how others perceive and receive you naturally, what they feel about you without you trying to create a persona that equates to wearing a mask. This is the first impression you make. First impressions can be lasting so it is important to understand yours, put your best foot forward, and make sure it is authentic. Again, think build trust.
