Aligning Your Business With Your Human Design Is The Blueprint For Success
Here is what I learned first hand. . .I used to feel like there was something wrong with me. I didn’t fit into the box everyone thought was right for me. My thoughts were different, my ideas unconventional. Things I tried in business didn’t work for me. I always felt like a misfit.
Chasing Shiny Objects
So I chased after shiny objects, trying program after program, looking everywhere for the magic formula for success. It was a waste of time and money. I couldn’t make my business work the way everyone told me to. So, in a moment of desperation, I ditched all the rules and tried to do what felt right to me. What did I have to lose?
Following My True Path
Little did I know, in doing so, I was aligning with my authentic self. Everything became easier and I began seeing new possibilities. Doing things that felt right led me to create the first 100% Virtual Office in the country by looking past the traditional labor pool and hiring skilled employees who left the workforce to raise their children. There were no companies with all work at home jobs in 2001!
Using My Natural Skills, My Business Genius
Exploring the possibilities and thinking differently about the business rules around work was a natural skill found in my Human Design. It was part of my business genius. The result of aligning with it was a multi seven figure business with 50 very happy employees working from home the hours they chose to work, full time, in 4 states, They earned the same wage and had all the benefits of a traditional 9-5 job but now they could work full time and still honor their values around raising their family.
It Was Good To Finally Find Success
I had an abundant business that served our clients and helped my employees make their lives abundant. The culture was filled with satisfaction, happiness, and success. I had more applicants than you could imagine which helped us grow quickly. We reduced the time it took for our clients to get things done. Our clients were thrilled and their clients were happy. Everyone was served all because I aligned the business with my values and my Human Design.
